Affective Needs Center Program
The Affective Needs (A.N.) center provides a self-contained classroom for students with significant emotional disabilities that interfere with educational progress. Through the use of appropriate behavioral management and modification techniques, the center provides opportunities for students to develop behavioral and social interaction skills to support the return to mainstream educational settings. The teacher assesses and develops inclusive settings to support the educational, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students.
